How it works

Three AI pillars, one back office for a niche store.

Pickwise runs inventory, support, and marketing copy for an independent storefront — the three jobs a niche merchant would hire for if they had the hours. Each pillar reads the same voice you already write in and the same assortment you actually run. Below is the work, end-to-end, with sample outputs you can read as a visitor and reuse as a merchant.

No CTA above the fold — the one thing this page asks for drops at the bottom.

Today’s shelf

One forecast row, one drafted reply, one email scheduled — the AI’s day at a glance.

Today, on the floor

  • Restock alert — Oat-milk No.6 hits floor in 4 days.
  • Reply drafted — Order #1043, in shop voice.
  • Email scheduled —Friday drop, Klaviyo segment ‘last 60d’.

Pillar 01 · Inventory forecasting

Forecasts reorders before the empty shelf, not after.

Pickwise reads your last 90 days of sales, accounts for sell-by windows and seasonality, and surfaces reorder dates with the case — not the SKU — in mind. Lead times, demand shifts, and category-specific turnover are baked into the read so the watch thresholds feel like your shop, not a generic safety stock.

Sign up and the live forecast lives at /inventory— the same row shape you see in the sample.

Forecast row

The same shape as the dashboard’s /inventory table — SKU, tier, days-until-stockout, projected demand.

Pillar 02 · Customer support

Replies draft themselves in your voice, under a confidence floor you set.

Pickwise reads the inbound ticket, drafts a reply in the register the shop already writes in, and drops it into your helpdesk as a shadow draft by default. You edit live, copy to the helpdesk, hit send. After enough corrected replies warm up a category, the AI learns when to auto-close routine tracking and refund questions — and when to leave a ticket on your desk.

Sign up and the inbox lives at /support— the same question + reply pairing as in the sample.

Draft reply

A real customer question, then a reply drafted in the voice the shop already ships in.

Customer question

“Hi! My order #1043 arrived without the cello wrap I’d usually expect — was it left out by mistake?”— Maya

Drafted reply · in the shop’s voice

Hey Maya — so sorry about that. The cello wrap gets tucked under the cap on every jar before it ships, and we missed it on yours. I just put a fresh pack of wraps in the mail, should land tomorrow. No need to send anything back; the jars are fine. Reach me here if it doesn't arrive — I'll resend without asking twice. — The team at Fermented Figs

Edited live in your helpdesk.

Voice input — flagship. Tap the mic on /support and dictate the customer’s question. Typing still works; same draft either way.

Pillar 03 · Brand-voice marketing copy

Three deliverables per drop, in the register the shop already writes in.

Pickwise reads two or three replies or posts you already shipped, picks up the cadence, and returns an ad headline, an ad body line, and a 50-word product description together. The templates are vertical-aware — a small-batch jam writes different than a single-origin tee — so what lands in Klaviyo, a Meta ad, or a Shopify page reads as you.

Sign up and the generator lives at /marketing — the same three slots you see in the sample.

Sample output

Three deliverables

An ad headline, an ad body line, and a 50-word product description — drafted together, ready to copy.

Ad headline

Small-batch jars, the way Maya used to make at home.

Ad body line

Fermented in Brooklyn. Sold out the first three drops. Back next Friday.

Product description · 50 words

A six-pack of seasonal ferments, started on the kitchen counter and aged in small crocks before bottling. Each jar is hand-stirred, hand-labeled, and dated with the week it left the kitchen. Cello-wrapped, gift-ready, meant to be eaten across a long week of dinners — not all at once.

One field. The team reads every signup that comes through and replies within a working day with a first-voice draft shaped to your vertical before launch — not a Resend-drip sequence, not a calendar-link sales bundle.

Tell us which shelf you are running — Pickwise tunes reorders, replies and ad creative around the vertical, not against it. Share your vertical at pickwise-9@polsia.app if you’d rather skip the form.
