The wizard captures your shop's vertical, brand name, and three short reply samples so the team can map the register, sentence length, and warmth of your voice. Progress saves at every step — close the tab, come back tomorrow, amend any answer from the summary screen.

  • Vertical — a category tag the AI tunes against (specialty food, indie beauty, hobby gear, and a few more).
  • Brand name — what shows up in the reply signature and the reorder alerts.
  • Three voice samples — paste short replies you shipped and we read register, sentence length, and warmth from them.
